Career Q&A: Taking Risks, Making Money & Finding Meaning in Your Career
This one’s for those who are figuring it out, feeling behind, or questioning if they’re even on the right path. I sat down and answered your questions about my career—from my very first job out of college to the biggest turning points, pivots, and paycheck lessons I’ve picked up along the way.
We talk about taking jobs I wasn’t “qualified” for, falling into consulting (and why it worked), moving cities on gut feelings, and what “success” really means to me now vs. when I was chasing it in my early 20s. I share how I plan for the future without drowning in pressure, and the advice I’d give my 20-year-old self if I could sit her down for five minutes.
This episode is honest, a little unfiltered, and full of reminders that you’re not behind—you're becoming.
Whether you're climbing the ladder, switching paths, or still searching for your “thing,” I hope this convo feels insightful, motivating, & relatable.
