We’re somehow already halfway through the year—don’t ask me how—but it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect. So in true Bria fashion, I’m sitting down to share the 10 things I’m letting go of in this season. Some are funny. Some are freeing. All are real.
From gluten to the fear of being perceived, I’m talking about the habits, thoughts, and people I’m releasing in order to protect my peace and feel more like me.
Let’s be clear: letting go isn’t giving up—it’s clearing space for what’s meant for you.
